First of all, what is Joomla?
Well, Joomla is a powerful Content Managed Site system that runs on an Open Source, PHP language platform. The core Joomla CMS has a very easy to understand infrastructure, with Article Management, Media Management, Menu Management and Category Management systems, and a integrated membership system and User Manager that offers versatile hierarchical Access Levels (ACL) for various levels of access and control. There is also a Contact Manager that has the ability to list a single Contact, or five thousand.
The real power of Joomla is in the Extension Manager. The Core Joomla CMS comes with a great Contact Manager and Weblinks System, as well as Member Messaging, Site Search and Template Manager; but it represents only a fraction of the Extensions available on the Joomla Extension site. Currently, there are over 10,000 Components, Modules and Plugins for Joomla that can make your site do - well just about anything.

We provide different style variations of every theme. In addition to these styles we added several other style settings like colors and fonts. Combining the different style options allows you to create your own unique theme design.
Site / Theme Layout
This theme comes with the default Warp6 module layout. The blue module positions allow to choose a module layout which defines the module alignment and proportions: equal, double or stack. You can easily add your own module layouts. The two available sidebars, highlighted in red, can be switched to the left or right side and their widths can easily be set in the theme administration. For modules in the blue and red positions you can choose different module styles. Take a look at the module variations page to get an overview.
As a little extra, the Sync theme offers a set of social icons. They are easy to add to your content and are part of our editable Adobe Fireworks Image Source Files.
Here is a little code example how to add them:
<ul class="social-icons"> <li class="twitter"><a href="#"></a></li> <li class="facebook"><a href="#"></a></li> <li class="googleplus"><a href="#"></a></li> <li class="rss"><a href="#"></a></li> <li class="dribbble"><a href="#"></a></li> </ul>
Possible class names are twitter, facebook, googleplus, rss and dribbble.
